The fundamental principle of the Keep Growing with Rowing and The Waterfront Boathouse is to provide our community the broadest possible access to recreational and competitive oar and wind powered watersports.  Our mission is to educate individuals about and promote rowing, sailing, and canoe/kayak throughout Dodge County with a particular focus on our youth. We uphold an environment where people are expected to work together to achieve common goals of teamwork, communication, and leadership skills while simultaneously improving personal self-confidence, sense of purpose, and self-efficacy.
